Terms of Service
Welcome to OneClick Social (the "Service"), a platform for automating the upload, scheduling, and management of short-form video content on TikTok and other social networks. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any TikTok or other third-party account you connect belongs to you or is operated with explicit authorization from its owner.
2. Account & Authentication
OneClick Social connects to TikTok via the official TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API using OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You may revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or applicable law.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, harassment, misinformation, or to impersonate another person or entity.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
- You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on APIs provided by TikTok and other platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or content moderation decisions made by third parties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClick Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the policies of a connected platform. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your account.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
